Support Policy
Standard Support Hours: 8AM to 5PM (Mountain Daylight Time) Monday – Friday
- We are closed for all major holidays
- All support requests should be made by using the IT support app (Best Method) , emailing support@grahektechnology.com, or calling 605-415-4647 and dialing the support prompts (No extension dialing).
- Non-Urgent requests can be submitted via app or email at anytime
Evening/Weekends/Holidays Urgent Support Procedure (Additional fees and minimums may occur depending on your support agreement)
- Log ticket using the IT Support Application or emailing support@grahektechnology.com
- Dial 605-415-4647 and follow the support prompts for urgent support.
- If there is no answer please leave a detailed voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
- If you do not get a response within 1 hour please try to call again.
- If you do not receive a response to a second attempt email expsupport@grahektechnology.com
